Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on approach to release tension patterns deep in the body. It is a soft touch on clothed clients that can relieve new and chronic dysfunction in the body. This approach can help rid the body of restrictions in the whole system and improve function in the nervous system.
My classic massage therapy is a blend of swedish massage with long flowing strokes along with myofacial release, structural work, craniosacral therapy, and trigger point therapy are used in an intuitive way. Blending these techniques can relieve muscle and connective tissue discomfort as well as calm your nervous systems.
Intraoral Massage Therapy is a type of massage where I work inside the mouth with gloved hands on specific muscles, tendons, and boney structures as well as structures of the neck, jaw, and skull in order to help with TMJ pain, neck pain, headaches, and teeth grinding or clenching. Craniosacral Therapy is the approach that I use for this modality.
Myofascial release therapy is a slow gentle movement of the connective tissues in the body. The connective tissues surrounds the entire body and can effect flexibility and the bodies ability to move. I use very little emollient, instead using the heat from my hands and pressure to let the fascia slowly melt. This therapy is great for people with chronic pain, scar tissue, or tension in the body.
Massage cream and oil blend is used in every classic massage. Arnica cream is also used when needed for sore muscles and pre-existing bruises. Also, you always have the option to add the CBD* enhancement. *additional charge. No massage cream or oil is used in Craniosacral Therapy massage.
Sound is such a healing vibe. Each massage is catered to your needs. An intuitive selection of music is incorporated into each massage.
Masks are optional in the massage therapy room. The massage room is sanitized at the beginning of the day as well as between every client. There is an air filter going at all times, and massage room is aired out between clients.
Having trained in a variety of modalities, I blend all of these into my own intuitive style of massage that is both deeply relaxing and a therapeutic approach to Massage Therapy. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013, Intraoral endorsed since 2016, and a certified craniosacral therapist since 2017. Lic #MA 60404164.
I am always taking new classes in order to grow as a therapist.
Some of the latest classes that I have taken or are about to take are:

October 6, 2023- Cupping therapy in my massage practice
Outside of massage some of my passions are hiking and camping around Washington, reading both fiction and non-fiction especially history, science, and about the human body. I enjoy the company of animals, and gardening.
