Good rule of thumb is at least every three to six weeks. We can work together based on your lifestyle to come up with a treatment plan.

Q. What is the best way to get a hold of you?

I do not return messages on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Or text me at 206 717-5538
Q. Why don’t I see any available appointments on your online booking site?
A. I only have 60 days out from the day you are looking and if it is not showing any appointments that means I am already booked out to that date. Please feel free to email me and I will let you know my earliest openings, or put you on my waiting list. I also post last minute and upcoming availability on my instagram page so follow me there and be the first to know @kindintuitivemassage_
Q. What are your Covid policies?
A. Masks are optional in the treatment room. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive until after you have a negative test, and you don't have symptoms. You will not be charged for last minute cancellation due to covid.
Q. What is your cancellation and late policy?
A. I require 24 hours minimum to reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge. Under 24 hours your card will be charged for 50% of your appointment total. A no show without a call or email on or before your appointment time will be charged 100% of your appointment total. I will not be charging for a cancellation due to illness please give me as much notice as possible in order to fill your space. Late arrival 30 minutes or more you will have to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged 50% of your appointment total. Less than 30 minutes late you will still receive the remaining time of your appointment. No time will be added on. You will be charged the full priced of your appointment .
Q. Do you take insurance?
A. No, I do not take any form of insurance.
Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, Credit Card, or Apple Pay.
Q. Do you have a waitlist to get in if you have a cancellation?
A. Yes, please email me and include when you are available during my work hours. I will reach out to you if I have a cancellation that works with your availability. Please be specific as I usually have more then one person on my waitlist.
Example: On Mondays between 3pm and 7pm
